PESEdit.com 2014 Patch 0.1 merupakan versi pertama patch PES 2014 yang dirilis oleh PESEdit.com. Didalam patch cukup banyak perubahan karena pada Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 banyak sekali fitur yang masih tidak akurat seperti logo Premier League yang berbeda karena tidak mendapat lisensi dan transfer pemain seperti Özil, Bale, Soldado, Kaka dan lain-lain.

- Added missing transfers (Özil, Bale, Soldado etc.)
- Fixed lineups for several teams (Arsenal, Liverpool, Napoli etc.)
